LICENCE AGREEMENT

This Licence Agreement is made between:

BCM Publishing Ltd
Registered Office: Upper Coolcorcoran, Killarney, Co. Kerry (hereinafter called “the Licensor”)

and

The School (hereinafter called “the Licensee”)

The Licensor grants the Licensee a licence to use the typeset and script format known as “Mrs Murphy’s Font” for producing classroom worksheets exclusively through the Licensor’s custom website, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

RESTRICTIONS

• The Licensee may access and use the font only on the Licensor’s custom website.
• The Licensee shall not distribute, sell, share, publish, forward, transfer, or permit any third party to use the font, login details, codes, or documentation.
• The Licensee may use the font with one login per school holding an authorised licence. All users must comply with all terms of this agreement.

TERMINATION

• The Licensor reserves the right to terminate the licence at any time with notice.
• The Licensee acknowledges that the font is the exclusive property of the Licensor, who retains full intellectual property rights.

LICENCE FEE

• The Licensee shall pay the applicable annual fee for the right to use the font for a period of one year.
• All licence fees are inclusive of 23% VAT and are determined based on the size of the school, as outlined below:

• Small School (1–10 teachers): €40.00 per annum
• Medium School (11–30 teachers): €60.00 per annum
• Large School (31–50 teachers): €80.00 per annum

DECLARATION

This licence grants the Licensee permission to use the font at the sole discretion of the Licensor. Nothing in this licence constitutes a contract guaranteeing usage for a fixed term.
